Its teleprompter setup includes the ability to record videos with both audio and video recording capabilities, automatically generate subtitles, lock auto-exposure/auto-focus settings, add your logo and texts to videos, apply effects, adjust speed and trim videos, and much more. The app offers a wide range of customization options such as speed in words per minute (ranging from 25 wpm to 300 wpm), mirror mode for use with teleprompter glass rigs, background color adjustment, autostart timer/countdown feature, adjustable video-view size, reading guide and line indicator to maintain your place in the script, automatic script width adjustment to ensure proper alignment with the camera lens, auto record option, landscape and portrait mode capabilities, overlay transparency adjustment, video content mode functionality and customizable font styles.
The Autocue app also boasts a comprehensive video effects feature that allows users to record videos with special effects without utilizing the teleprompter function.
For added convenience and efficiency, the Autocue app includes an editor tool that enables users to adjust individual script speed, choose from various font families (including Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, Helvetica, and Verdana), select font sizes ranging from 20px to 150px, customize font colors (black, white, or any RGB color), adjust font weight (bold/light), highlight keywords with options like underline, italicize, or strikethrough, align text as desired, modify background color, regulate line spacing, add notes or comments during speeches, and easily sort scripts.
The Autocue app offers seamless importing capabilities where users can create their own scripts or import scripts from various apps such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Spark, Gmail and more. It supports files in formats such as .pdf, .txt, .rtf, .doc, and .docx. Additionally, the app provides a range of other features such as video promotion services, biometric access for script protection, drag-and-drop functionality for moving elements within the player interface, real-time on-screen display of estimated remaining time and elapsed time in speeches, easy vertical adjustment of the teleprompter display, access to historical speeches for practice purposes, script sharing with teammates and friends, a dedicated customer support messaging system for prompt assistance, WhatsApp and iMessage stickers for added expression, and the ability to compress files via zip.
The Autocue app boasts excellent teleprompter control options including a remote keyboard functionality and an accompanying remote control app that can be used for enhanced convenience. Furthermore, the app includes an Apple Watch remote control app along with the Prof. Hornet File Manager for Mac OS that allows for easy script creation and editing with seamless real-time transfer to the app.
